How does Rurumi determine that a site/service is down?
- We do a HTTP request from a server from Frankfurt, Germany. If this fails, we retry from Virginia, US. Then we do a third try from Tokyo, Japan. If all these fail, we can be confident that your service is down. You can choose what HTTP status codes are considered a success. Also you can choose a timeout time as additional failure conditions.
When do the included SMS credits reset?
- Beginning of each month.
